How it works…
 
Fifteen minute pre-consultation phone call
Prior to meeting, I offer a free fifteen-minute phone call. This is an opportunity for you to ask any questions you might have and find out whether working with me is right for you.

Initial Consultation 
Your initial consultation takes 90 minutes and enables me to gain a detailed understanding of your health, medical history, diet and lifestyle as well as your goals and wishes. I may suggest running tests to rule out underlying health issues that have the potential to prevent weight loss and correct any nutritional deficiencies.  
Based on this information, I can then develop a dietary strategy that's tailored to your health needs, your goals and your lifestyle. I work with various dietary approaches which enables me to offer you a solution that's perfect for you. 
Your initial consultation takes place at my clinic - 54 Wimpole Street, London - or via Skype. 

Six Week Kickstarter
Following your initial consultation, we meet once a week for six weeks. This is to review your progress, keep you motivated and to make sure that your programme is constantly working hard to get you the best results possible. It's important to me that you feel good, that you are losing fat whilst preserving muscle and, of course, that you're enjoying your food. 
Over time, we'll identify any negative behavior patterns that have caused you to gain weight in the first place or struggled to maintain weight loss in the past. I'll work with you to overcome these barriers and support you in developing new, healthier habits. 

Ongoing Support 
After your Six Week Kickstarter, we will assess your current situation and make a plan moving forward. 
Everyone is different. For some, six weeks may have been enough to achieve their desired weight and be settled into a maintenance plan. For others, the journey may take longer. 
If you are still working towards your goal, we will schedule further consultations at intervals to suit you. Typically, by this stage, appointments every two weeks work well. However some clients prefer to continue seeing me weekly. This is all about what works for you. I am here to support you, keep you on track and keep you motivated until you reach your goal.

After Care
By this point you'll have reached your target weight. But unlike crash diets that result in rebound weight gain, this time we'll make sure that you maintain it. I'll have worked with you to establish a nutrition and lifestyle maintenance plan and to ensure that's been integrated into your daily life. 
You see your dentist every six months to make sure your teeth are kept healthy. I do the same for your nutritional health and weight.  Twice per year we'll schedule ‘check ups' to analyse your body composition, review your dietary habits and discuss any queries that may have come up for you. 
If at any point your weight begins to creep up again (holidays, Christmas and stressful periods can challenge the best of us) we will make sure we nip this in the bud before things get out of hand. 
If you wish to book in sessions between our six monthly check-up, or feel the need to schedule a six week re-focus, this is always available to you.

I offer a 15 minute complimentary phone consultation to answer any questions about how a bespoke weight loss programme could work for you. In this 15 minutes we will work together to:
