Alison Hall

After years living a hectic London life as a television producer, struggling with AWOL hormones and challenging pregnancies, she needed to take stock and take back control.  A lifelong passion for food and wellbeing led her to retrain at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition, graduating four years later, with distinction.

A dedicated nutritional therapist, functional medicine practitioner and health coach, Alison is committed to helping her clients reach their health goals in a warm and supportive environment.  Alison loves food and is passionate about it’s intrinsic power to support health, but she also believes that diet and lifestyle changes must be practical, achievable and tailored to the individual.

Alison has a particular interest in female health and loves working with women who are desperate to claw back their energy, restore hormonal balance and ultimately feel themselves again.
