A fully qualified and experienced Nutritional Therapist and wellbeing coach, Sarah is passionate about helping people discover the power of good food, nutrition and nourishing lifestyle habits, as well as helping them foster a healthy, intuitive mindset around food and their bodies.
Sarah has a special interest in the role that the digestive system plays in all dimensions of health and wellbeing – from skin health to energy levels and metabolism, to mental health and stress resilience. And her philosophy is that the gut, both in terms of our gastrointestinal workings and as an inner source of knowledge, is central to our whole wellbeing.
Sarah qualified in 2013 and is registered with BANT (the UK’s professional body for Nutritional Therapists and CNHC) – the government’s voluntary register for complementary healthcare practitioners.
